Learn About Multi-Registration Discounts
Register yourself or your team for two to four courses and receive a 15% discount; register for five or more and receive a 25% discount. Contact events@atixa.org to learn more about multi-registration discounts.
ATIXA understands that circumstances change, and events may arise that prohibit your ability to attend a training after you have registered. Our virtual event policy is outlined below:
- Transfer to a later session – If you are unable to attend all or part of your training course, you will be provided with the option to transfer to the same training course at a later date. No refunds will be provided. You must notify us at least three business days prior to the event in order to transfer the registration. We will work with you to find a mutually agreeable training course and date. If a mutually agreeable training course is not scheduled at that time, you will receive a credit for the registration amount paid, less a 15% or $99 processing fee, whichever is lower, which will be valid for one year* from the original registration.
- Cancel for credit or refund: If you cancel your registration less than 2 weeks prior to event start date, a 15% or $99 processing fee, whichever is lower, will be charged. ATIXA account credit will be valid for one year* from the original registration.
- Exceptions due to unavoidable hardship are made at the discretion of the Executive Director and requests can be sent to events@atixa.org
