Middle School and High School athletics is, like the rest of the country, facing unprecedented challenges with the pandemic. Additionally, athletics departments are being impacted by the historic civil rights resurgence and protests, the Supreme Court’s decision on LGBTQ rights – and the possibility of another next year regarding LGBTQ rights and competition – and the impact of the new Title IX regulations on athletics and competition. With all these considerations, new questions are emerging regarding compliance with Title IX and other regulations. Join two nationally recognized experts, Peg Pennepacker and W.
