• This one-day, four-part course will provide a foundation on federal compliance obligations for CARES Act (Paycheck Protection Program) "Recipients". This session will cover Title IX, Title VI, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Age Discrimination Act. Attendees will receive tools to help prevent and remedy discrimination that may occur in schools, and to help continue work even after federal compliance obligations.
